Cal-IPGCA Cohort 2021 is all about "who we are and what we do." Who we are...Across all departments and agencies, we're a "united nations" of diversity—in age and ethnicity, levels of hierarchy, beliefs, experiences, and knowledge. What we do....we choose to collaborate and synergize. Rather than the default thinking of competition, collaboration is a journey, not a destination.
