SACNet's leadership design team, under the oversight of the Department of Motor Vehicles and the Department of Water Resources, evaluated Cohort 2019's Outcome Reports. This summary reflected outcomes from four independent innovation teams and one collaboratively developed outcome report integrating combined efforts. This reflects 42 state "innovationists" from 12 state Departments, along with the advisory of more than 30 state leaders.

Join the SACNet design team by taking our survey to further guide the development of the Skills Bank. Results will post on Wednesday, November 25, 2021. Your insight and feedback hones and refines our work in progress. A Beta Test is planned under Cal-IPGCA Cohort 2021 to occur January – June 2021 for up to 7,500 workers, statewide. Beta testing will focus on emergency response, but the tool is being developed to activate connectivity across a broad spectrum of California. Guidelines and sign-up open on November 19, 2020.

For California—the COVID-19 pandemic, racial unrest, and escalating environmental disasters are the accelerants of activation. Activate is to "make operative" with its Latin root meaning "a doing and driving impulse." The SACNet Skills Bank is the vehicle of change and the hybrid fuel of activation is you. The time is now to "Activate California!"
